I am blessed to have a family which I love dearly. Meet Brian (my bro-in-law), Julie his wife, and their daughter Leah. We had the privilege of spending a week with them in Daytona over the summer, which was a huge deal for my wife and I, because they have lived in Georgia for the last 2 years. I think second to being a good dad I really want to be a cool uncle. Leah was born 2 months premature and below 2.5lbs, she is now an extremely healthy, happy, and active almost 2 year old. It is awesome to see how much joy she brings to the family. So I had already pushed dinner back enough and had to fight some harsh light but I certainly could not pass up the opportunity for a family beach session. Hope you enjoy!

I have said it before that one is an enjoyable age to photograph. Not able to run me ragged, always cheerful and easy to make smile. London was just that and deserves mad props for bearing a hot summer evening and being so easy to photograph.

Chloe is a sweet little girl who it turning ONE very soon. She is an absolute doll and so easy to photograph.

Mom and dad said they didn’t want to be included, but I just could not let that happen. Look how much fun they are!

Rava and Chad’s outdoor July wedding was HOTT in so many ways!

The ceremony took place in Hollis Gardens, Lakeland and the reception across the lawn in the Peggy Brown Building. I took in some of the last AC for a few hours and shot some details.

Then it was time to get busy with the ladies.

The next four have got to be some of my favorite bridals, I was loving the harsh light against the vivid greens!

I especially love this one!

Now Reva warned me over and over about the crazy groomsmen but I just think she was being harsh.

and the individuals, didn’t they have an awesome bridal party?

There is nothing better than to get a bide and groom alone on their wedding day, it is so much fun to capture that love and emotion.

Indian Rocks Children Photography

Over the past 9 months I have had the privilege of growing a relationship with a bunch of families from Tampa Bay. It has been really exciting for me to witness how much their children have changed in that short period of time.

Not long ago I made the mistake of mentioning on facebook that I would be at the beach for a weekend. Well, beach photography is always fun and in high demand, so once the group got wind of it I could not resist doing some mini sessions while I was there.

Lauren & DJ Start Wedding Featured!

You may remember Lauren and DJ from their rock star engagement session. Well, they totally rocked their summer wedding. The ceremony took place at the Homeland Methodist Church est. 1887 in Bartow. The whole church complex gives a sense of the past, but the church itself is a cute little building topped off with a working bell tower.

The day started with a “first look” under a giant oak tree. We snagged a few creative shots before the 90 deg heat kicked us back inside. A quick cool down, bell tower rings and here comes the bride! The ceremony was perfect, Lauren and DJ have such an amazing family who love and support them. Then it was time to move the party to the Sorosis Building. And a party it was! You know you have a fun group when a slow song plays, and the dance floor empties. The night would not be complete without a send off full of hugs and sparklers!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Start!

first looks are so romantic

There are not many times where the groom has more bling, but when you are a national champ you can sport stuff like that.
